Enjoy each step ~ 🏹🍀

Yes I did it. After one week of practice I already accomplished a new step in this posture to touch both my hands. It’s just wonderful to notice your own development while your practicing. Doesn’t matter what it is. Whether it is yoga, dance, sports, your job or study. You always want to know where you stand. What you have learned, to know that all efforts and time you’re spending on it are worth it. Make sure you feel it, experience it and enjoy it. Enjoy your accomplishment to reach your goal. Sparkles and magic ~ 💟🌸

It’s difficult to find peace in a time of worries. You almost feel guilty when you relax. But it’s also beautiful when you think about giving and sharing your energy with the universe. Hoping we can create a better world. Hoping our loved ones will have a better day. Wishing your loved ones will overcome their daily struggles and find a new step in their wisdom. Life is all about learning and development. Whether you like it or not. Some lessons however, I’d rather have skipped or missed. But there are lessons all of us need to face. It’s all about how we cope with it. Which path to choose. Do we choose love or hate. I try to choose love, but there are moments I am sad and angry. That’s okay, I must say. As long as I don’t hurt anybody, I can be sad. And when I end my yoga session I not only wish to relieve my own sadness but also for my loved ones. Life is better when we focus on the good in things, the sparkles and the magic. Because it is there, you just have to see it.

Emotional relief ~ 🐚

At some moments we need a break. From our daily activities, our worries, our mind and emotions. However, I always feel kind of guilty when I pause. Even when I am doing yoga. I always have the feeling I need to do something. But after my yoga exercise I experience a sense of freedom and relief. Not that all the other stuff has disappeared, but my own emotions seem more in balance and I feel more relaxed. We don’t need to be busy with everything that’s going on. Sometimes taking a pause or distance can give you more relief te handle everything. So later today, I will take my mat and do another yoga practice. Anxious existing 💟🕉

For years and until this day fear rules my world in an unhealthy way. While there was a moment not so long ago I realized it was not so bad as it was, the kind of anxiety emerged this week. Even at this moment. But nevertheless I do realize that yoga helped me to recover from the bad habits I had to cope with these attacks. Perhaps that’s why I was so tired for a while. It was not just the physical exercise but also the emotional work out I asked myself over and over again. I had to achieve in everything and it became to much. So, even though I am having a bad week, I am able to do my yoga practice daily. So I am growing. That the anxiety is still existing that’s something I have to accept and deal with it. But in a healthy and wiser way, I try, I cope, I learn every day. Hoping it will al be better.
